BTW IMO kamui may be a known technique in uchiha and kakashi knows too many technique names thats why kakashi also knew about itachi ( in part 1 ) and itachi's tskuyomi and other skills

It's just a speculation on my part about Kakashi knowing some stuff about Uchihas.

Kakashi got the Sharingan.
Kakashi got the MS
Kakashi must have investigated Uchiha Clan Massacre. Why? He got the Sharingan.
Kakashi found out the hidden room within the Uchihas area OR He followed Sasuke to that secret room during Part 1
He can see through the sealing jutsu to unlock the way to the secret room with the help of Sharingan.
Also, since he got MS, he can read through the Uchiha tablet writings (only what could be read by MS) and there he got to know that the eyesight slowly gets close to blindness. ( He talked about that with Itachi )

But still I don't know how he got the name correct
OR
Kakashi might be the one to name that technique first and then Obito might have started saying the same because we haven't seen Obito/Tobi saying Kamui while using Kamui. Because it would only leak the information of Tobi = Obito at that time.
And then when he got to see that the MS under that mask is actually same MS which Kakashi has, Obito said that " I'll show you the power of Real Kamui "

EDIT : I'd prefer both the parts combined as Kakashi's work. Also I don't think Obito cared to name his jutsu when he himself never accepted as Uchiha Obito in the first place.
