Can go both ways. Naruto has more vitality and can dodge any ability Sasuke uses. Sasuke has Susano and thus cannot be hurt by Naruto. However, I believe Naruto would be the victor due to Sasuke getting exhausted.
Well I doubt that KCM Naruto can shatter or crack Sussano v4 enough to get possibility to attack user...
However chakra arms should not be understimated as they were able easily destroys rocks without even trying... also Naruto was capable withstand Son Goku/Four tails crushing strength of hand with chakra arms...
Besides Kishi showed KCM Naruto to be equal to v3 Sussano(Amored with bow and arrows)...
v4 Sussano unstabilized form would be too much, however SKCM(Sage mode combined with KCM) could work...

lol what the hell did I just read? Obito was fast enough to elude Sharingan and Naruto's Sage/BM chakra sensing combined, but both Sasuke and Naruto adjusted after a while and were able to track and hit Obito successfully. [

If Naruto tries to blitz him with FRS, Sasuke reacts and activates Susanoo and tanks it with little difficulty. Or he fires a Magatama at it and it becomes pure flame. He has no need to keep up with his speed (Which is only used in short bursts as its Shunshin) when he has Susanoo.

Mu could react, he simply though Jinton was going to shoot before Naruto could reach him not knowing of the chakra arms. Not to mention Sasuke's Sharingan lets him react faster than Mu can.
Log off for this incredibly stupid wank filled statement. Naruto can never be comparable to Hiraishin in speed. Hiraishin is instant, faster than the speed of light as its instant. Naruto is nowhere near the speed of light let alone comparable to Hiraishin.

Shunshin isn't used 24/7, more like can't be used like that. Naruto isn't constantly running at Shunshin speed. NOBODY is constantly running or fighting at Shunshin speed as
