Can KCM Naruto break a V4 Susanoo???

I don't think so. V4 susanoo has never shown any feats of defending agains a mountain buster atack, however, the bijuu dama has shown is self as a multi mountain buster. The only susanoo we've seen that could tank bijuu dama was PS.

I guess KCM can do it with chou mini bijuu damas and Chou oodama RS.

I am not saying Sasuke's proficiency in v4 is similar to Madara's, nor am I claiming that Sasuke's v4 can tank a single TBB; I simply stated it would have difficulty. Mini Biju Damas were tanked by Madara's gunbai, unless you are trying to say gunbai>v4 Susano, I see no validation in your argument. Chou Odama FRS also cannot break v4, so regular chou odama rasengan cannot either. Until you show me Naruto using something more destructive than Kirin, your arguments are pointless.

That wasn't madara's V4. V4 isn't kyuubi sized. He was stabilizing his PS. He probably finished by he time the bijuu dama hit it, or almost finished.
Chou oodama RS is more destructive than kirin, at least by the calculation some members did in here.
Madara's gunbai ddin't tank it exactly, madara used some kind of tech to reflect it. However, what I intented is to say that continuous chou mini bijuu damas(plural) + chou oodama RS could possibily do it.

KM doesn't need to break V4 Susanoo tho, just use his chakra arms to pull whoever inside out from underground or kill them. I know it was Kurama who did this (

Nah, Naruto shown a tbb that can more than likely 1 hit PS, it's power matched 5 fully powered Bijuus while the tbb that Madara tanks was a normal tbb and wasn't even close to the size BM Naruto made. All Bijuus are about the same size and when the Bijuus combined their tbb it made their size seem small while Full Kurama's tbb was small in comparison. Also I'm pretty sure that was Unstablished PS armor on Kurama since if you look at the arms, it has the same design as the PS so that was most likely the unstabilized PS and it covers Kurama in the stabilized PS.

Level 2 (Skeletal) allowed Itachi to survive it at the cost of Susanoo being destroyed and Kirin is far stronger than anything in KCM Naruto's arsenal (A bit stronger than Oodama FRS). KCM Naruto could destroy a level 2 with enough FRS and one shot it with a Oodama FRS.

-V3 would take FRS with little damage but Oodama FRS would do a lot of damage, it would probably make it near unusable.
-V4 (MS) would take FRS with no damage but Oodama FRS would give it moderate damage.
-V4 (EMS) would tank FRS no damage but Oodama FRS would do little damage.
-Perfect Susanoo obviously tanks both with ease.

Both Madara and Hashirama put up their defenses right before it exploded, Madara armored Susanoo onto Kurama in order to protect it and Hashirama used Hobi while his Mokujin and Mokuryu were destroyed in the blast. Madara tanking it with V4 can't be possible since:

1. Kurama still would have taken the blast as it doesn't cover the whole of it completely and not from all sides.

2. He armored Susanoo onto Kurama during the blast.

I hope you are factoring in the massive size difference between 100% Kurama and 50% Kurama/BM Naruto. If BM Naruto were to make a standard Bijuu Dama, it'd be much much smaller than Full Kurama's standard.
