Will anyone re-form the Akatsuki?

The Akatsuki's original goal was world peace, it was made in an effort to fight off tyranny.
Could anyone re-form them? If Sasuke becomes Hokage ( Lawl ) Maybe Naruto will?. But instead of capturing tailed beasts, they might Govern them/Protect them.

I think it would be the other way around. If (when) Naruto becomes Hokage then Sasuke should reform Akatsuki. But he wouldn't be protecting the tailed beast but rather trying to change the ninja system on his own terms and not the way Naruto intends to leaving their ideals to clash and eventually both of them clashing.

Yes. Kakazu would do it if it paid well.

I can already imagine Kabuto or Sasuke being the main antagonist,
so if there would be someone to re-form the Akatsuki or any group like that, I guess it would be either of the two..

Originally it was anti-tyranny, it could be made of the Jinchuriki of each of the nations, providing an extremely powerful group of shinobi with no bias motives.
