Rin is an averaged sized young man. He has dark black hair with a dark blue hue to it. His eyes are light blue and he has point elf like ears. Rin also has sharp canine like teeth. Rin's normal attire consists of tight fitting black jeans a black jacket with a chain metal undershirt. Rin wears boots on his feet unlike many shinobi of today. On Rin's person he carries one special katana, and 2 ninja pouches filled with kunai, shuriken and smoke bombs. Rin has two tattoos one on his left forearm and the other on his left wrist. Both with hold a contract to summoning animals. The one on the forearm being the locust contract, the other the otter contract. Rin during his time in kumo wore his headband on his head. After his "death" he traveled rogue for a while before joining the village of Sunagakure where he wears his headband on his head yet again.
Personality:
Rin has a protective and supportive personality. Rin can be very violent and get into fights often. but really has a kind heart. He supports his friends and tries to encourage and help them. Rin is very stubborn and immature he hates to lose. But in defeat will be the first to except it. He is confident in his abilities and determined to succeed in all of his goals.....
That was the old Rin, the kumo Rin. The new Rin however has a very dark personality. After his "death" his look on life changed completely. People were just obstacles Rin needed to get around to get what he wanted. his new attitude is from the slight recollection of what happened before his "death". The rest just happened naturally as he traveled the world meeting the new generation of shinobi. Being a younger shinobi himself Rin was in no position to judge, but it happened and he is what he is.

召 Otter Summoning: Along with being a locust summoning contract signer, Rin has signed the giant otter contract while he was staying in the village hidden in the mist. At his age now he can summon all otters at any time with the greatest of ease.
ヨ Yo-Yo Arts: During his time in the village hidden in the cloud a friend by the name of levy taught him how to use a toy as a weapon. Despite being a young man now, he still uses yo-yo's in his battles. Keeping his yo-yos on his left wrist and when he uses Kurikara in his right.
基礎 Background Information
History
Rin's story is short and to the point. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. All throughout Rin's life he was tried many times, facing obstacles at every corner it seemed. Developing many rivalries over the years, bonds with allies in a village he loved. Then betraying said village with his best friend. Only to lose it all in a flash. Rin was "Dead", everyone in the village thought he was dead. Suzaku thought he was dead, but he wasn't. Rin was stronger then that, he wouldn't lie down so easily. What appeared to be him dead was just him in an extended sleep. When he awoke, he had no recollection of his past or what happened. All he could remember was he had to keep moving.

With the determination to do so, Rin traveled around the ninja world for two years. Searching for things to trigger his memory. But everything had changed. There was no hope for him to collect his past. He was no longer a hidden cloud ninja. Rin was no one.... A few months pass and Rin stumbles into a man who seems o know a thing or two about life. This man went by the name of Goku. Goku had a special feature about him that Rin had never seen before, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. The thing that came out of his mouth next was as expected.
"Train me.."
Rin spent the next few months developing this special hidden feature that the man called haki. He has yet to develop haki itself but, it is there. Rin after training with the man would separate and journey to Sunagakure where he would wait there until he was called to meet Goku again...
