Technically she wasn't dead, so the summoning didn't disappear. The summon for the most part can disappear on their own.

Because the animal path summons also had the Rinnegan, they were probably being controlled by Nagato himself, and when his Summoner was destroyed, he had no use for them.

Summons disappear when the summoner dies, sends them away, or time runs out. If you're unconscious but still alive, they won't disappear until time runs out. That's why Katsuyu was still on the battlefield, because Tsunade wasn't dead.
