Does Naruto's talk no jutsu qualifies as genjutsu?

It is not genjutsu it is naruto's version of izanami. No weakness or flaws waht so ever

it might be a genjutsu in a way because naruto now has the YIN part of Kurama's chakra, and we all know the genjutsu abilities are linked or can only be performed using yin which is spiritual.
However, it might not be genjutsu because their chakra is linked atm since they are in the tug-of-war battle, so Naruto can see inside Obito and that's what is in Obito's mind and Naruto is using it ti TNJ him by saying this is not what Rin (which is the most important person to Obito) wants to protect.
