I guess if Kishi wanted to , or whoever, could've written Mikoto had a sharingan in the databooks or wiki . They didn't. ^_^

Provide the scan that states "ALL of the clans married within each other". If the Uchiha gene is dominant than marrying within the clan isn't necessary. Don't use the Hyuuga as an example of how the rest of the clans work. Lol
