I'd have to say Naruto. He has both his Sage Mode and Kyubi Mode sensing abilities. This means that he can sense people's chakra, like he did when he first returned to the village after Pain's attack, and he can sense people's evil intentions, like he did against all of the White Zetsu Clones. He has also demonstrated that he can use both of these abilities across very long distances.
I'm pretty sure that Obito and Kabuto's sensing abilities are similar to Naruto's Sage Mode sensing. This makes sense, but it also means that Naruto is better at sensing than they are simply because he has the additional Kyubi Mode ability.
As for the other other people you listed, I'm pretty sure that most of them aren't sensory-type shinobi, but rather they are just extremely perceptive. Therefore, the list depends on what counts as "sensing".
I'm pretty sure that the main Uchiha characters aren't sensory-type shinobi, but they can detect chakra with their eyes and are extremely perceptive. Which is extremely impressive. For example, Sasuke picked Karin for his team solely because of her sensing abilities, but he was able to see Deidara's C4 explosive and fight the Raikage because of his visual prowess alone. This leads me to believe that Madara probably did the same thing. Furthermore, if Madara was a sensory-type, he probably would have immediately recognized that Naruto was a Jinchuriki, but he first tried to summon Kurama. This is in sharp contrast with Karin's first encounter with Naruto, where she almost immediately recognized that while Naruto's chakra was warm and pleasant, he also had another chakra present within him that was dark and evil. This too leads me to believe that Madara is not a sensory type.
In terms of visual prowess, though, the Hyuga actually would be likely better than the Uchiha. Kakashi said early on that the Byakugan is more perceptive than the Sharingan. Furthermore, it can see on both a much larger and smaller scale than the Sharingan. This means that Hinata should actually be better at seeing things than even Madara. Whether she can react to her surroundings as effectively, though, is a completely different issue.
