Here is a preview of the Byakugan bloodline limit. The pages contain the mechanics for individual Hyuga jutsu, information about how to role-play a member of Hyuga and mechanics for how it works if you have stolen the eye from a Hyuga member. If you read the previous news post, you might have a basic understanding of how the jutsu system works, and I shouldn't have to explain the individual jutsu presented here. The only clan i'm interested in is the Yuki Clan. I want you to imagine a Ice release user chakra reserves/ mastery that of Hashirama with sage mode. That would be op as ****.
