Danzo wins IMO..onoki can't spam jinton for 10 minutes straight and I don't see how he counters danzos fuuton.. Sasuke was barley able to dodge it after all.

Flying is onokis only hope..although doing that above a forest wouldn't be incredibly productive as danzo could easily hide.

oonoki was able to use jinton fro quite some time in his fight with muu, he just needs to use jinton on regular intervals to force danzo to keep using izanagi

Danzo will have no choice but to use Izanagi in order to regain himself, Onoki will see this and know that Danzo is literally immune to death. Obviously the closing Sharingan eyes will catch his eye and he'll reach the simple assumption that when all close, it will be over. Even I thought that at least. Sasuke also concluded on that.

Danzo can easily stall for himself and remove the seal in seconds. We have to understand in some situation, that the author wants to build suspense in the manga to stall the character revealing something mysterious. And it can be one of the reasons why it took Danzo a whole chapter getting rid of the last two bolts.
