Put my money on kakuzu, He should be capabe of making danzo overuse his izanagi and eventually time will run out and danzo will suffer from chakra consumption, Baku summon is non factor as his fire mask can simply shoot a fireball into it and it will suck it just like it did to sasuke's katon. Danzo paralysis curse seal should be countered by the masks acting on their own.

How did you reach that conclusion? Who's to say kakuzu wont keep some of his masks in his body like his fire masks and as soon as danzo seals him he releases his fire masks with a surprise attack forcing danzo to use up his izanagi's. As for your baku strategy I see no reason why the masks simply can't gain altitude by jumping high and hover around and perform large scale attacks at danzo.

Also your forgetting a very important factor when it comes to danzo perfoming his curse seal.

It was noted by Obito when sasuke fought danzo, a panel was shown where danzo first had to make close physical contact with sasuke first by grabbing his throat and that was when the curse seal was put on sasuke.

^^^ Proof right there. If danzo plans on putting that curse seal on Kakuzu he will first have to make physical contact with him by touching him, similar to sasuke I assume via throat? Either way it wont be a easy task.

I have reach that conclusion as soon as Danzo dies, will Izanagi spawn, and set him up from there. Since Kakuzu has no form of way to break the seal, taking care of the Mask comes second.

As for your baku strategy I see no reason why the masks simply can't gain altitude by jumping high and hover around and perform large scale attacks at danzo.

Large scales attack requires hand seals from Kakuzu, which Danzo's seal prevents him from doing.

I didn't forget that factor at all. The fact is Kakuzu does not have Sussanoo, so any attempts of CQC should be easier to land. It doesn't necessary have to be the neck for it to work. Danzo has shown this when he place his seal on all the roots tongue. Also with his encounter with Sasuke, he constantly try to land a punch in CQC [

Um, All of Danzo's fuutons are countered only problem is that shitty seal, however i don't think it prevents chakra movement....Completely at least, as Sasuke no matter which way you look at it ...was able to enter Susano'o...So Kakuzu should still be able to control the hearts, and end Danzo.

Danzo's fuutons were able to damage Sasuke's susanoo, so breaking the Domu won't be too hard for Danzo. I still think Kakuzu wins tho. Danzo has no notable speed feats, Kakuzu's ninjutsu barrage would force him to use the Izanagi too many times. Sooner or later Danzo won't be able to save himself and Kakuzu ends the battle.
