He cant. He can use really strong genjutsu but he cant alter the time in it.

Tsukyomi isnt really a special tech for specific uchiha like kamui that only kakashi and obito can use.....so it doesnt mean because he have itachi eyes he can use Tsukyomi

he can and has used it against danzo, danzo down played it by saying sasuke was weak compared to itachi who could alter time and space but tobi praised sasuke for even being able to pull it off...some might not believe that was tsukoyami because sasuke did not actually take danzo into a genjutsu world like itachi has done before but it was tsukoyami nonetheless and ive notice sasuke hasnt actually gained as much proficiency with it as itachi but instead sasuke focuses on the other ms powers which are susano and amaterasu but since ems sasuke hasnt been in a battle that would require him to use a genjutsu of that magnitude i cant say he has or hasnt gotten better at it

Don't know. Since he has Itachi dojutsu he should possess it, but against opponents like Obito and Madara genjutsu is pointless. Tho I don't believe he has used his Eternal to it's full potential yet.

ok but there is no confirmation and if danzo were placed under Tsukyomi he wouldnt have been able to come out of it since when itachi used it on kakashi kakashi also knew he fell for itachi genjutsu but couldnt do a thing and itachi said himself only the person with the same blood as his can break it

That's not Tsukiyomi, bro. It clearly does not say Tsukiyomi...if it were, it would say Tsukiyomi like it does with Itachi. Sharingan genjutsu =/= Tsukiyomi but Tsukiyomi = Sharingan genjutsu if you get what I'm saying.

that is tsukoyami its just a much weaker version...just like how sasuke has mastered amaterasu and can and has created variations and can actually manipulate the flames but itachi has amaterasu as well and cant do any of those things, the same thing applies, sasuke has chosen to master the other ms techs for some reason...sasuke is better at some things and itachi is better at some things....its just like how madara plans on casting an infinite tsukoyami but have we ever seen him use tsukoyami??? no

manipualting time and space is what itachi could do with his tsukoyami just because sasuke can manipulate time and space doesnt mean he doesnt have it, itachi cant manipulate the black flames but he has amaterasu...its the same thing

That's easy read the Danzo fight, member he put him in a genjutsu at the end to make it seem like his last eye for Izanagi was still active, when in reality the eye was was sealed.
