You are basically stating an excuse. Madara and Obito having rinnegan does not mean that Sasuke won't get it. Very lame progression if you ask me. But he is still not getting rinnegan and will die at the end of the manga.

so much hate for Sasuke,Madara ,Sasuke and orichimaru are only shinobi that keeping this manga alive because people want to know how their plot will end.Naruto have been repetitive with TNJ and useless flash back.

If Kurama was planning to escape in part one, wouldn't he want Naruto dead anyway if he would just "revive"?
