Berserk is a must-read for everyone who reads manga imo. Other good ones are 666 Satan (made by Masashi Kishimoto's twin; ended), Green Blood (ended), Katekyo Hitman REBORN! of course (ended)
For an anime I'd recommend Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Even if you're not into mechs (which I'm not), this anime is so great. It'll give you lots of feels and it's 26 episodes + 2 movies.

Edit: Can't believe I forgot Hunter x Hunter. Both the manga and 2011 version anime are great, but the shitty artwork of the manga is redeemed by the greatness of the anime's animation. It's probably my favorite (semi)ongoing series right now. Manga has been on hiatus for like a year so take your time with it.

What they said, it seems kiddy at first because of the character designs but every arc gets darker and better. I've seen every anime on your list and this one is my favorite.

FMA: brotherhood - my 2nd favorite, its only like 60 episodes and it as one of the strongest endings ive ever seen. It's a perfect series.
