Who is stronger in your opinion? Hiruzen or Tsunade

In my opinion Hiruzen js much much better. He is just so much better than Tsunade since he actually uses jutsu, instead of just slow but powerful taijutsu.

I think they're both extremely powerful in their own way. Tsunade with her medical ninjutsu and taijutsu, Hiruzen with his ninjutsu and knowledge. I personally can't decide but regardless they are both extremely powerful shinobi

If hype is allowed then prime hiruzen's strength can be compared to Hashirama's and Hashirama's strength > the current Gokage.

If you mean old, Then by hype his old state is stronger than Onoki/A/Gaara's father and who ever was the Mizukage at the time. So safe to assume he is also stronger than tsunade.

Obviously by feats alone tsunade is stronger.

And yet in Tsunade's fighting style, he can't kill her with any of his jutsu. Reaper death seal would take his life too and katsuya can keep hiruzen from getting a good hold of Tsunade by covering him in acid when he tries to grip her. Not to mention he can't move once he is attempting to pull her soul out.

Enma can be handled by a piece of katsuya, he isn't that big. Hiruzen may be 'diverse' but this IS a bad matchup for him. Maybe if he had stronger techniques.
