-Tsunade is a non factor, if Itachi goes up to a level 2 Susanoo she can't even hurt him, nor does she have any counter or way to deal with Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi or Susanoo.

-None of Sasori's attacks are doing serious damage to level 2 Susanoo. He can simply charge right at him, smash through his puppets and that is GG. Sharingan can also see chakra, so he can use Susanoo's blade to cut the strings rendering his 3rd Kazekage useless, promptly smash it, and then end this guy's life.
