He's an omnipotent being, meaning "the ability to do anything, unlimited power" whatsoever. Beyonder is also omni, but has shown limitations, thats why hes nihg omni whereas Kami tenchi cannot be killed or harmed

Kami tenchi is omniscient, he's a god, with ultimate pre recog, the all knowledgable, he can predict what will happen, at any time before that will happen. He's also omnipresent, how does enel kill kami tenchi again? He exists everywhere in the universes and dimensions, since he's omnipresent beyond the neccasity of speed. He also isn't a physical being. He can just send enel into a different timeline by thinking.
