Sasuke says the words "lets finish this with the next attack" meaning Sasuke is using his full power mixed with Narutos.

Sasuke formed his PS around Naruto and stabilized the chakra. If the chakra wasn't stable Normally Kishi would have provided some sort of explanation if Naruto's chakra was effecting Susanoo. This is not the case for Madara or Sasuke just another ability granted from the EMS. Pretty obvious Sasuke got his full EMS power up almost 100 chapters ago.

PS is Madara's ultimate weapon. In the previous chapter we are informed Sasuke has not gotten to Madara's level quite yet. Now all of a sudden he has PS, stablized and all? That makes no sense to me and thats all ima say about that.

... its already been compared to Madara combining his PS with Kurama in the past.. so yea. He is already said to be a genius better than the other uchiha.

Well Sasuke has gained EMS and the hype to back it up. So even if it sounds bad he could be on par with EMS Madara.

Not tht it sounds bad, it just doesnt seem accurate since he know he hasnt achieved that status yet. Kish decided to express that, there had to be a reason.
