No, the second picture isn't his current Susano'o.

It has the same, distinctive Tengu nose as Madara's PS, the same armour on it's arms which resemble skin peeling and the same shoulder plating. The only difference as of now is the size.

Did you not see the Susano'o he used to coat BM Naruto? It is the same PS Madara used against Hashirama. Same nose, shoulder guard, same scales. If it isn't Perfect Susano'o, then what is it?

By stabilize it, what do you mean? Sasuke's susano'o with the crow beak is supposedly Susano'o's final form. Anything after that can only be achieved through stabilization, so to acknowledge that is not Final Susano'o is to acknowledge that it is PS.

Once again, how do you know Naruto enhanced Sasuke's Susano'o? And even if he did, it would only make the current level of Susano'o stronger, it wouldn't be able to grant Sasuke another level of Susano'o.
