Sharingan wins simply because it can predict your movements, even if you can see pretty much every inch of the field.

Just cause he can see it doesnt mean he can dodge it. Look at sasuke vs lee. He could see lee but lee was to fast for him to react. So if the tackler is faster than the runner he can still get him
