This is a neat technique. You can focus your chakra into the rain clouds in the sky. Creating a clone of youself that looks like you and has the same color and clothing. Just it's still a cloud. It can attack like any other clone. Only using rain jutsus tho.

If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Perform the hand seals and focus your chakra into the rain and stick your hands out. Create a wall of water. Make sure your hands are on the water wall at all times or it will fall.

Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

This jutsu is a bit misleading. You combine some rain drops into a nuclei, just as you would for chibaku tensei (by putting a black ball and having the rocks draw to it.) but once you drop this big rain drop it can't do any real damage. Which is weird.

I perform 3-5 hand seals followed by sticking both hands out with the palms facing my enemy. This allows me to attract rain drops to my hands in such a fashion that it creates a condensed wall of water to protect me.

A pretty cool technique. Slam your hands onto the ground and a large wave of chakra carries nearby water in water sources into the clouds to replenish them.

Using my chakra that I focus into the rain falling above my opponent, I bounce the falling rain high back into the clouds. As the raindrops travel upwards they grow cold until they all freeze and come down as pelting daggers of hail.

I focus my chakra into a certain part of the rain bouncing them back high into the clouds where they then freeze as they climb to a higher altitude before falling down as a frozen blade of rain. The blade stays frozen for three turns so I guess you can pick it up and use it as a weapon or cover the field in these hail daggers and then in three turns they turn into a water source.

Using my chakra that I focus into the rain falling above my opponent, I bounce the falling rain high back into the clouds. As the raindrops travel upwards they grow cold until they all freeze and come down as pelting daggers of hail.

I focus my chakra into a certain part of the rain bouncing them back high into the clouds where they then freeze as they climb to a higher altitude before falling down as a frozen blade of rain. The blade stays frozen for three turns so I guess you can pick it up and use it as a weapon or cover the field in these hail daggers and then in three turns they turn into a water source.

It's funny, reading the technique it gets better and cooler as you read. Then it just sucks at the end. A lot of hand seals, make an orb and it will explode and an A rank for some reason will push your target back instead of causing actual damage <_<

I gather chakra within the rain around the area and start to mold and manipulate the rain in such a way that the rain begins to gather exactly 3 meters behind Gin's current position... The rain converges upon one another in mere seconds, allowing me to use shape,manipulation to form it into an object of my choice, no, specifically a five foot long Trident with sharp ends on it. The Trident, upon creation is floating in the air awaiting to be controlled by my will. The moment It's created I waste no time at all, looking Noobkage in his eyes and commanding the Trident mentally to rush into Gin's spinal cord right below his neck, successfully severing his spine and killing him or paralyzing him at the very least. The moment it pierces through his skin, the Trident near instantly expands into a much longer and larger Trident that rips further into his body, thrusting past his spine and ripping through his chest before returning to its useless water form, dripping a crimson blood from your chest..

Distractions and shit being my style of fighting, I'd simply cast one of my numerous illusions to leave an opening before creating the Trident either above or behind an opponent to deliver a finishing blow. In the case I'm against a Nekura I'd use my Haka ability to paralyze them before doing the above.

The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Self explanatory. Gather all the rain into a point and create a spinning vortex.
