you are forgetting that Sakura has been complimented for her Beauty multiple times over the series by multiple characters.

Hinata on the other hand has never been complimented for her looks.

Neji solos both mad hard in beauty yet No one specified him being pretty.

Lee trained for physical strength and endurence in his whole life, he could open the 5 of 8 inner gates at the age of 13, and that technque causes a lot of strain on body and forbidden because of it.

Also he could ditch the hospital bed and go to fight right after a life-risking surgery, and could stand up and pull off a stance when his whole body was pulvirized and his left arm and leg crushed to bits.

Neji was able to cover a long distance and make a killing blow on Kidomaru when he got huge holes on his shoulder and hip.

Lee's body is stronger than Sakura's, possibly Neji's too =D
