Agreed. Kitsuchi actually used a technique(after like a day of fighting the zetsu), that was even able to move the Mazou. Despite it being destroyed eventually.

Ay is hot headed,prone to not thinking logically,and acts rashly which makes his leadership skills extremely poor.
