Naruto Storm 4 game theory

Well, the manga seems to be ending, soon. Of course Kishi might pull a twist and make it last another ten years, but that's what we've seen so far. All that's left is defeating Madara and then probably some kind of an epilogue tournament for the seat of Hokage.

Anyway, the storyline of the Storm 3 game ended in a pretty bad moment from a gaming point of view.

Canon story ended with Madara appearing on the battlefield, the rest is non-canon.
That goes for Tobi battle, too - not canon at all, although it did contain parts that actually happened in the manga.

Where am I going with this?
If they made another Storm 4 game, what would be the starting point of the story?
Start with epic battles against Madara and Tobi, the conclusion of the greatest wars of all time? That goes against all rules of storytelling ever, to start a story from a climax. And if they did this, the game would be very short.
What else could they do? Rewind and start from the beginning of the war again? Nah, that would make people feel they've been scammed by buying the same game again.

That's why I have another idea that I think might actually happen with Storm 4.
How about they make a game with a storyline covering all the manga from the beginning till the end? Of course assuming the manga will end soon. And I don't mean a storyline like in Generations, but a solid one with cutscenes, epic boss battles and stuff, just like in Storm 3.
Then they would expand character roster - with all the current support chars becoming playable and adding new ones: edo kage, swordsmen, sound 4, Kurenai (I still don't get it why Kurenai hasn't yet been included), all part 1 characters and not just a few like in Storm 3...

What do you guys think? Any ideas?

They should just wait for the ending, and then make a Naruto Ultimate Ninja Genesis that contains the entire Naruto story with actions contained from all the previous games and the new parts of the war's climax and end game.

Not like Generations that had picture cutscenes, but literally animated cutscenes for the entire series. That would be a worthy game.

Nah, that would be a way too big game.

Storm 3 is far from a big game.


The game consist of cut scenes then straight to fighting.

It pretends to have a open world element by letting you walk places although this is a distraction.

Nothing comes of the "open world"

And it basically boiled down to you walking down a straight path (Different scenery) to the next fight.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Chronicles would be a great tittle

The jist of it would be to minimize the current in depth cut scenes for a commentary perspective the cut scenes would be narrated by various shinobi before and after every main battle in game.
The game would span every battle in the manga.

The game would be broken down into arcs and that way people will know who to expect to unlock and when to unlock them.

And for replay value add fights that were not necessary the first time around into the second play through also when you play through the second time any other shinobi who did not have a chance to narrate during the story would do so.The second play through would also consist of slightly different scenes to account for the new narrators.

And last but,not least the story would follow the view of both naruto and sasuke separately.
So in total the game would be worth playing 4 times in total.Just to see the other perspective and to see a slightly different narration.

People will say "Really a slightly different representation of the story line ?"

And i will say hey,if you ever planned on playing it again be grateful that it at least has a few new sprinkles on it this time around to make the game feel fresh in a sense

Of course they will do this my friend, but after they've made as much money as they can from just making a game off a single section of a arc.

Naruto ninja academy you train your ninja from student to hokage every character from every village is playable but all start as kids that can't do much to hokage able to wipeout small army's of ninja. Also would have the ability to create your own ninja pick everything clan style specail abilities.
