[Naruto Game] Storm 3 community (and DSM Kabuto, in my opinion) sucks. (Includes Rant!)

On the other hand, and the main point of this thread: for those of you that have Full Burst, how do you like DSM Kabuto as a playable character?

My opinion: he's horrible. His combos look flashy, but beyond that, his dash is slow, his awakening quite frankly sucks, and for some goddamn reason, I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A COMBO CANCEL FOR HIM.

Have you: A. Found a combo cancel, and B. Taken on the new Kabuto as your main?

So I logged on today for some Storm 3 online. Someone joined my session. He's only played as Deidara, and he's had 573 matches.

I'm like, "OK, one bad apple doesn't tarnish the bunch." I kick him.

Then someone joins my session who doesn't play as Deidara. We fight, he spams Minato's instant awakening teleportation. His team? Defensive Kimmimaro, Defensive Neji. I fight him three times, and when I just barely win on the last one he rage quits just as I strike the killing blow.

Next person I fight spams Minato's instant awakening teleportation as well.

Then three different Kiba spammers IN A ROW, with OP supports.

And then, to wrap it up, a goddamn Deidara spammer.

Really though, Storm 3's online community sucks. That's pretty much what's been happening every day I try to get an enjoyable match of Storm 3, with the exception of some actually good people. It's like, we know that CC2 ****ed it up and there are some incredibly OP characters, but do you REALLY have to play as them just to scrape up a win?

The main reason I didn't make Minato my main was because I knew it wasn't fun to play with a Minato player, no matter how 'fair' you think you're being. His tilt is OP, his jutsu can be spammed, HE TELEPORTS, and his flying Raijin is just unfair.

The only way I can beat a spammer is by spamming, and then I'm just as bad as them.

OT: I agree. I don't own NUNS3 so i have no comment on DSM Kabuto, but those who spam in NUNSG are terrible. It just makes me happy that i can beat them 75% of the time even using average characters. Shows how terrible they actually are.

Trust me, Storm 2 was my bane even before Storm 3 was announced.

The first time a Sasori player used the shuriken glitch against me...I was scared to use any ninja tools ever again.

Kabuto's cancel was the first thing I found when playing as him. Right when I bought the DLC, I went to practice. You side dash when he poisons them and then use your ultimate. Or, for relay cancel, just hold B when the two big snakes come. So easy. I have him as my top 1.

All I gotta say is CC2 better not have nothing to do with Naruto Revolution coming to PS4.. Until they have a rival to come against them they better not make another Storm game till then so they can tighten up their grip on a more than enough decent game next year... Overall I still like the game though not too many complaints smiles

My main is Haku now. I was thinking I'd maybe take some time to look at Zabuza's combos as well.

Since the game was horribly flawed from the jump any serious gamers or general gamers who play fighting games moved on.

Only little kids and noobs play storm 3 since it was so uneven.It still is but,not as much.

Anyway,your best bet is to stick to playing against people you know or all you will get is the above mentioned little kids and noobs who spam.

I nicknamed him "Go nine tails" for taking advantage of tobi's invincibility frames and spamming it over and over again.

Anytime he goes to speak i just cut him off and say "Go nine tails" lol

My 3 mains are Minato, Sasuke (Kirin) and Deidara (only use it against other deidara users. There's alot of them ! )

I use Minato against other Minato players, it's always fun to win without even getting hit ^.^

Sasuke Kirin just owns everyone else

Don't sub when Akamaru hits you. That's what puts you in front of him.

Haku's a pretty fast character. Zabuza.... I remember one time when the guy destroyed me because of is melee's strength. His damn ultimate team jutsu KO'd me when I had green health xD it was insane.

Alrhough the the noobs and kids part is untrue. All my friends and people I've met usually have deep voices when I hear them. Plus, I ain't no noob and can still get my ass handed to me by try hards, and I'll admit I'm one of them.

You are part of the naruto community, and your attitude sucks. therefor you are helping the community suck. See its not spammers that are ruining this community, its people like you who feel the need to criticize players for the way they play, and that people must play the way you find is appropriate. Noobs like you need to learn to play the game, instead of trying to get others to play the way you like

Well, let's look at both sides of the coin. I'm not trying to FORCE anybody into any particular criteria, I'm trying to get people to realize that it's not really any fun to be abused by OP characters. Because I'm sure that even you don't like being smashed up and down by ranged spammers.

If there were more people like me, the people that were actually trying to PLAY the game instead of trying to RAPE its players, there would probably be less posts like mine.

If there were more people like YOU, the people that get people to 'learn to play the game', all of the actual players would be driven out and Storm 3 would just become a contest of 'who can spam the best'.

Which one sounds better?

Most fighting games have horrible online communities though. You haven't met a more annoying online community till you play a Tekken game online.​

Yup. Same with Soul Calibur. An experienced player can KO you in 4 seconds with one combo using Nightmare or Alpha Petrokolos.
