She doesnt have to make a shroud like Chidori Nagashi. Pathway Derangement that was used on Kabuto messed up his whole body, and like I said, current that would be able to disable the microscopic C4 bombs shouldnt be that strong.

Not necessarily. Electricity runs through the nervous system. Orochimaru says that all communication between the brain and body is carried out through electricity. Neither the Manga, nor the databook relate Tsunade or Ranshinsho to an elemental affinity. This technique is classified as medical Ninjutsu. Of course the data book relates techniques to their respective affinity and category.

I greatly doubt Tsunade can use raiton, especially when you see how the body parthway jutsu works. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. I think it's what Tsunade meant. If she had raiton, i think Kishi would have emphased better on it

Ranshinshō isn't even a Raiton technique so it doesn't really matter since she would need Raiton in order to de-activate Deidara's bombs. She doesn't have it.
