Well, she would have to know that Deidaras techniques are Doton based, Sasuke knew that becuase of Sharingan. Secondly, she would have to know how this technique works, and once again Sasuke knew this becuase of his eyes.

Well, C4 bombs are microsopic, so the charge needed to disable them shouldnt be that strong. Hypothetically, this ability could indeed save her, but only if she has full intel on C4.
