[Discussion] Naruto new Power up foreshadowed or Error?

Remember Kishi foreshadowed Naruto BSM when he finally met with Pein and most people overlooked it while some thought it was an error.
Now in the latest chapter, Naruto is finally talking to Obito and again, his eyes evolved...
Notice both Pein and Obito said something to him that triggered that to happen...
Again, Don't know if it is a new eye or just an error on the drawing...

I'm going to have to say no on this one because it's a normal eye in the middle the black pupil. Around it the blue Iris then the white eyeball. I get what you where getting at but I have yo say on the evidence that its a no.

It's a drawing technique, same as when Oda does it to One Piece characters to show fear or extreme shock in their eyes, all to suit an expression.
