Well you didn't state in OP that he starts in the air and against someone as fast and impulsive in battle like Raikage is i greatly doubt Deidara would manage despite the distance especially when you know he barely evaded a much slower opponent

Also even if he starts in the air, A doesn't need to know how to fly to reach him. With a flicker [

C4 is overwanked to the point its disgusting, to use it he has to spend quite some time and come close to the ground and to his enemy to place the giant doll as even that has a range

Deidara would beat Mei with mid diff. He would stomp Tsunade. As for Ay, he can beat him with high diff. However, there is no way that Deidara can beat all of them at once sadly.

Ay is a punch first ask questions later kind of guy so unless Deidara starts off flying then its Ay 0 difficulty. Secondly the only advantage Deidara would have over Ay are the land mines and flight which without tobi to plant he loses.

Next Ay Raiton armor deactivates all bombs thrown at him and any that can't be deactivated his reflexes and speed will clearly avoid. Finally Ay might not be able to fly but he sure can jump pretty high

Which an unexpected Deidara would easily be fooled by and thus would be knocked to the ground where Ay would bring his demise

What happens is tsunade and A ga grape him while Mei stands there and looks pretty/ mist blow and lava stomp

Only way deidara can win is via C3

Im not a fan of ABC Logic but... Deidara tried to go for a double KO against Sasuke. And A and Mei both gave a stronger (albeit going blind) Sasuke that shit.
