-Was able to manipulate someone strong as NAGATO like he is his ***** for so long.

-Invaded Konoha while capturing Kurama and controll it perfectly, and almost destroyed the village, he Killed Minato his teacher that he loved and Kushina his wife, at 14 *****ng years old!

I don't get where people are getting the idea that Naruto forgave him. He specifically stated that he needs to get out there and atone for his actions and receive his punishment afterwards. First of all, you shouldn't compare the Naruto world to the real world.


Anyway, I can't really explain it to you. Once the mask was on, all Obito once was was no more. He really was no one.. But once the mask came off, he had an identity again. His "I'm no one" mentality slowly faded away over 50 chapters of fighting and the occasional speech.

It's been highlighted several, almost thousands of times that Obito and Naruto are similar.

The only reason Obito survived the Juubi was because of his love for his teammates.

And it's not like Naruto's giving him a warm welcome. He's giving him a chance to atone for himself.

Ever heard of a facade? Yep. That's what Obito is, in fact, that's what is being told to us in the last few chapters and was symbolized ever since he showed up with his orange mask. Tobi/Obito hides behind a mask of ruthlessness, a mask that allowed him to kill, manipulate, and destroy anyone who got in his way.

However, without his mask (metaphorically), ruthless Tobi becomes a despairing Obito, who wishes that perhaps things might have gone differently.

Naruto is the only one who, both literally and "spiritually", ripped off Obito's mask.

It's easy for people to do things when they don't see their face in the mirror actually carrying out those actions.

Kaguya was basically a god, she got all of the fruit power inside of her, she didn't need any jutsu to destroy shit
