The funny thing is that Rin has shown a lot more affection for Obito than she was depicted doing when we first saw Obito's reason's for world conquest.


So Rin did recuperate some of Obito's feelings, and thus it wasn't a friend-zone type relationship everyone thinks it is.



So your argument loses weight because Obito wasn't some creeper with one-sided love. That love was returned, how much is up to debate, but Obito obviously felt it radiating out from Rin.
