I was thinking after re-reading the last ten chapters: Why does Madara wants The Sage Mode from Hashirama besides the fact that it is the only weakness of the Jubi Jin????
The answer:I think we don't know all the abilities of the Sage Mode, something that only Madara knows..Maybe Sage Mode + Rinnegan = A new Ocular power, greater than the Rinnegan...Who knows..?

What are your thoughts about that???

Maybe just because it's the Juubi Jin's weakness and currently Obito is Juubi Jin and Madara himself said that he'd use the Mugen Tsukiyomi.

Madara only mentioned this trump card after Obito became the Jin. So it was sort of a backup plan to beating Obito if something like this happened. So yes, it seems as if the only purpose of it was to overcome someone else that had already taken the power he sought after.

When he has that he will be strong enough to control/take over Obito.
Maybe he is going to use outer path on him, but regular chakra wouldn't work, so he will need sage mode.
