Zoro and Sanji's fights are comedical, you can't compare them to the one of Shanks and WB,, it's just like Nami beating M3, you can't take that seriously, unless we see them fight like Luffy and Zoro once did. And first, an Old Whitebeard.. What makes Shanks and other emporers comparable to Whitebeard,, WB's old age and sickness. You can't say that, because Shanks young so he is stronger than WB. No, WB being an old man is what made them comparable. Now,WB was injured and thus clearly weaker. He was shaking from the the numerous wounds he received from the Marine soldiers, so he was already weaker than when he arrived at Marineford when he Defeated Akainu. So yeah, WB>Admiral.

I've always maintained that Prime WB is stronger than an admiral. It's Old WB which is debatable.

Without any minor details, an injured Old WB (by injured I mean that the Marineford WB received several wounds before fighting and defeating Akainu) defeated Akainu. If this wasn't a war, he would have wrecked one on Akainu again instead of focusing on other things. It's that Simple. Old WB>Admiral

In his prime, dark king takes it, current goes to mihawk.

I still dont understand how mihawk is yonkou level AND put above shanks, its still ridiculous to me...if anything he is at admiral level at best.

Lol, admiral and yonko level is the same thing. What's ridiculous is saying there's a level above admiral which is yonko. Just because Whitebeard was a yonko and was above the admirals doesn't mean a yonko level exists. You know why? Because he was also above the yonko.

The Dark King > The Greatest Swordsman

In current days, this'd be a battle of decades resulting Mihawk as victor...

Well, to tell you the truth, ive never been a fan of categorizing the characters by ranks of their respective side, i mean look at garp, he is a VICE admiral and could have taken on anyone at marineford.

Well yeah, Garp/Mihawk/Dragon etc and the admiral/yonko are in the same general level. You may think all the yonko are stronger than all the admirals (I personally don't think this, it's like 50/50) but they won't be on another level. It's heavily implied they are in the same level. I mean, in what kind of shonen manga do you see an enemy that is totally on another level than another enemy but falls before that said enemy? None from what I know.
