its not exactly a plot hole. The mind can go much quicker than the body. If it was impossible for things in the mind to go faster than they would in the body(in real time) then tsuyomi would not be anything other than a single stab for kakashi.

Im surprised you are just now picking it up. What about all the times naruto has a nice long talk with kurama, but only like a second goes by in real time?
