Why is he a god? Aside that his powers were essentially stolen from the powers of the Uchihas and Senjus. He is basically a regular ninja that is great with wind techniques. His personal summon (Baku) is a useless suction elephant/tiger hybrid with no shown special magical power unlike Monkey King Enma. That's it. I don't think he's a god.
