it does.Not looking at danzo`s eyes.sasuke with EMS would simply summon perfect susanoo which would put him a long distance away from danzo`s eyesight and pound at danzo untill he runs out of izanagi.

MS sasuke however was at a lot of times directly assaulting danzo and even taking a look at danzo`s eyes(when he cast an illussion upon danzo) at that moment danzo could simply activate KA and that`s that

plus i think itachi cannot solo anyone with his KA because it is programed with the command protect konoha....that aint soloing anyone
