I'm sure many are pushing harder than they normally would, also taking their soldier pills. A lot have been healed over and over again by naruto and sakura and tsunade. Many did get a nights rest, in total i think like 3 maybe four days have passed in this war. In the end it does seem a stretch to how far many are pushing themselves ie Kakashi.

no, you are misjudging man, only 52 mangas can release in a single year and there is also holidays in a year........

you shoudnt count this in months or years

this war is started only from 2-3 days ago , if you read manga carefully...........

You have got to remember that Naruto and most Shonen manga use the DBZ timescale where 1 second = 1 episode or 3 chapters. So that should explain everything.
