A team attack should only happen if it calls for it.

Besides we have already seen sasuke and naruto use a team attack

Tobirama and mintao sync their raijins together

sakura and chiyo

the zombie brothers played off each others justu

And team 10 works together all the time

Having these ninja train all the time for a contrived moment where two justu come together for a singular situation is well,contrived.

There ninja not power rangers.
