Sasuke can use fire style and lighting style. And he has now the eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Without Kurama Naruto would not be able to keep up with Sasuke. And it does not matter that Sasuke has the Uchiha blood in his vene.

They're there own tech, so I counted them individually. Especially since Genjutsu isn't sharingan exclusive. When was it said Naruto had fuinjutsu? And he only had collaboration in filler episodes in the anime, so I didn't count that either.

Because variations is a copout. If I gave you a pizza where part was cheese, part was combo, and part was veggie, would that mean that you have multiple pizzas? No, you have one pizza that has multiple flavors.

I don't see how chakra arms are considered a tech, but I added them regardless. And having genjutsu doesn't mean you need a sharingan, having a sharingan just means you naturally are talented in genjutsu. Theres no way to know if Sasuke would have proficient in genjutsu without the sharingan, but genjutsu is infact a technique on its own, so I put it on the list.

variation still count as a different jutsu. even if it has multiply flavors its still different from the original.

You know...I kinda of wanted naruto to master ice release, so he can be an ice version of Hashirama wood release. That's just wishful thinking on my part.

I know the first hokage and the second used the water style. But think about it : The Uchiha have affinity for the fire style it the Senju Clan are the opposite of the Uchiha. I might be wrong, but it does not change the fact that Naruto needs more techniques. Naruto wanted to surpass all the previous Hokages. Maybe he have only to surpass Hashirama, because the other Hokage must be weaker than Naruto.
