A mistake in the Manga or just me?

If you remember, Kyuubi had said that Naruto and him could keep the bijuu transformation for only around 5 minutes.

Naruto then created a clone to start gathering nature energy in order to get into Sage mode. It takes naruto 5 whole minutes to go into the sage mode, yet how was the clone able to get into sage mode without the bijuu transforming ending straight after? In the Manga, in just a couple of pages the clone was in Sage mode (which might have taken 5 minutes), but how come the bijuu transformation didn't end almost immediately after? After the 5 minutes Naruto had the time to create a massive TBB.

After the clone went sage mode, he also had the time to talk to all the Tailed Beasts. No, this ain't Tsukuyomi shit, all the time he was in there wasn't 1 second in their real life.

Note that he's been talking to the Tailed Beasts for about 4 or 5 pages, which is probably 5 minutes since it only took the clone to get into Sage mode only in 4 or 5 pages.

According to my understanding, the transformation should have ended nearly straight after the clone got into Sage mode, not continued for another 10 minutes or something.

Like the title says, Is it me or something wrong with the whole thing?

1) kyuubi said its only for 5 mins transformation because its first time for naruto and kyuubi to go into BM as per manga

2) naruto SM now improved alot than the pain's arc time and now naruto only need 30 sec to go into SM

Either way, Naruto is learning as he's fighting. So the time to absorb Sage chakra gonna be reduced. The time to stay in BM gonna increase. As Killer Bee said, real life battle teaches you more faster than training. There's no mistake in it.

1. Naruto is not limited to 5 min BM, i think they maintained it for 12 min even though kurama said it will last only for 5 min. It means they both were in sync better than kurama anticipated.
2. Naruto can enter sage mode quickly.
3. The speed of time in jinchuriki consciousness is faster than what it is in real world. So it is similar to itachi's tsukiyomi but its not like 3 days = one second, more like 10 min = 30 sec - 60 sec .

There is no mistake its just you assuming when and exactly the five minutes were up even though it is never stated meaning anything you say on that matter is false since your not kishi and secondly another assumption on your part about is the time spent on the bjiuu conversation happening in real time although you have no reason to believe so whatsoever because your not kishi so telling other people when and where it indefinitely happened is hilarious.

Each panel does not hold an approximate time

Certain events and chapters spam over hours or even seconds in the heat of battle
