amaterasu and madara

Were in the manga was it written that madara can use amaterasu and also that before any uchiha can achieve susano they must have tskuyomi and amaterasu.

It was stated that every uchiha has a specific MS ability. During the danzo vs sasuke fight danzo said it was rare for brothers with the same MS ability which is amaterasu used by itachi and sasuke. For example:

Itachi = amaterasu
Sasuke = amaterasu
Shisui = kotoamatsukami
Obito = kamui

And also during the sasuke vs kakashi fight sasuke stated that susano can only be done by those whom have MS in both eyes. Unlike obito who has MS in one his eye only cannot use susano.

Please if anyone knows where it was written in the manga that madara can use amaterasu and also that before any uchiha can use susano they must first have amaterasu and tsukuyomi please show me.

And I don't mean anything one read from wikipedia or japan mythology.
