IMO ems sasuke and madara could defeat nagato because their eyes were a part of them when they were born.

Everybody thinks Rinnegan Madara> Nagato because he achieved those eyes through progression whereas nagato simply received it.

Nagato cant summon meteors because he doesn't have the uchiha power so imo UCHIHA POWER > Transplanted Rinnegan

OT:nagato wasn't able to use EMS powers due to plot only,i mean seriously the EMS jutsus generate solely from the eyes,the body,DNA has nothing to do with it since even non-uchihas can use MS powers,kishimoto decided to either nerf nagato or at that time the rinnegan wasn't planned to be an evolution to EMS.
and honestly nagato is a way better rinnegan user than madara,the guy mastered rinnegan powers to the extreme,while madara was shown to only use one of its powers.

I have to agree, Madara uses Susanoo with his Rinnegan on so why can't Nagato? Kishi most likely didn't have Rinnegan what the sharingan transform into, it resembles the Byakugan more and in part one he had Kakashi mention how "they say" the Sharingan came from the Byakugan.

It can also be that Nagato never knew about the Rinnegan having sharingan powers because it wasn't known back then. He probably learnt it when he was older an read the Sage's Tablet but by then he already thought of himself as a God so why need MS jutsus when he has the Sage's jutsus.

While Madara and Sasuke have shown the highest potential of the EMS, Nagato hasn't shown that of the Rinnegan.
