Pretty good except easily Itachi > izuna danzo>nartuo...naruto has one wind jutsu remember all the ones danzo.....also onoki's son kitsuchi>yamato

Same logic goes for Sasuke and people in my list..they can overpower Sasuke's affinity with thire own & are skilled at using lightning ...we can't say Sasuke just bcoz of Kirin..

Well it is just my opinion ...For me It is no dif from saying that Naruto is a better WS user than Danzo bcoz he has FRS....
