Correction: Rasengan itself is not a wind style jutsu... Naruto just used his own wind style nature into the rasengan to create Wind Style: Rasengan ._. Minato has even said that he could not even manage to do what Naruto did ._.

pein didn't show any chakra affinity but he possesses the rinnegan and rinnengan user possess the ability to use all 5 chakra natures

Nothing is confirmed yet, there is an argument for both cases... but as far as I know, I didn't know someone without it as their nature could randomly turn their chakra into raiton

I see what ur saying but im pretty sure if it was raton jutsu she would have said "I used my raton jutsu" instead of "I turned my chakra into electricity" this scan really doesn't say much cause she hasn't showed this ability again or any other suggestion to say that she can use raton

IMO its just plot hole that minato hasn't shown affinity unless he spent his whole youth perfecting ftg which is possible if he confided in the third to learn some of the 2nd's secrets.................about tsunade and raton im not sure what point ur trying to make lol

In bold that's what you asked in OP.Even if he possesses rinnegan, allowing to use all affinitie concern Nagato and it doesn't mean you already know all elemental jutsus .Every ninja has chakra that has an affinity but we just do not know which one.

If you give a special scraps of paper to Gai for exemple, it will react to his chakra.

she used electricity. Not neccesarily lightning.(it could just be a form of medical ninjutsu) Rasengan, is essentially a vortex, and will affect the wind(allot like wind) but it isnt wind release.

Now im not saying it cant be lightning release, only that it is not confirmed either way.

Not only is the bold wrong, it isn't fair to those who do appreciate others that could be listed. After all the Sakura bashing on this site I would assume you'd have the maturity and understanding not to go with the crowd, but instead to hold yourself above it.

Oh i didn't mean it to bash, I was refering to the important normals ones, who isn't restricted by a clan, The hyugga wouldn't seem right with an affinty, air would work, but that seem Uzumaki orintated and giving them an element would limit how there abilities can go, if that make sense.
