IMO people from cloud are > Any other character in case of Lightning..They made Sasuke (one of the best Lit user) looks like a Kid..I can't find anyone....

About Earth as u already knw Onoki has shown better feats and same goes for his son as well ..

Thank you!!!! Being the best in an element isn't about being able to pull of the most OP jutsu, it is being able to most efficiently use it.

Though I'm tempted to through Sasuke into the Katon group as he's shown greater diversity.

I don't remember Jiraiya's Doton jutsu... Otherwise I'd probably put Kakuzu at number three.

in actual jutsu sasuke > darui and bee...................cause if you think about darui has black lighting and gale style....hasn't really showed too much raton only and then bee really hasn't showed us that good raton excpt for his chakra blade

Forget abt Darui for a movement ...The fact that Ay as well as Bee managed to overpowre Sasuke in a Lit vs lit match proves that they are highly skilled compared to Sasuke .....

It is like saying that Naruto > Danzo (Wins style) just bcoz Naruto's FRS stronger than anything that Danzo has shown...

Earth release is off.. The guy who taught the alliance the earth wall should be #2 He used all of Onoki earth release moves and was very effective against Sasori/Deidara as Edo and Jiraiya #3

Fire release I would put Obito instead of Hiruzen

Hiruzen was is one of the best in earth style 2
