Of course the amount of users will slowly lessen, but as of now, quantity is not a problem here, NB is one of the most popular Manga Forums regardless. As of now, the mods are focusing on improving the quality of the site, and once that has been fully taken care of, registrations will [Presumably] be opened up again.​
