Honestly, I don't see this being any less subjective than my own views on what emotional strength is. A lot of these questions are isolated incidents with very small lee ways in terms of what responses would suit people.

Though I will say that was enlightening. I screwed up the boss question. I'd probably be overwhelmed by the work

With any test like this, its only a useful tool if taken honestly. Emotional Intelligence is one of like 18(I absolutely could be off on that number, but there are a bunch) various intelligences. Maybe I will post some more at another time. They are useful in many different application, especially college.

This particular test was ~okay. I had to stop and focus a few times. I found it easy to give into what I know they are looking for. Some of the IQ test ive taken are not polarized allowing for more honest answering, but it was fun.
