It's hers , that pretty much is clear , she did used it , anyways in the end she lost chakra , but who wouldn't it tired after a battle ? .....................last time we saw it , it was being kept hidden somewhere , but i don't know why are they not using it , with Naruto spaming chakra like AIDS , 10 10 could use it , this is just another Kishi mistake , another original .
