Well how are they going to take him down, the only jutsu i see to take madara down is frog sound genjutsu. Anything else get block by the gunbai barrie and uchiha return. Madara still got OP defend and Attack.

If Jiraiya tries Oodama Rasengan, then he Mokuryu evades and swats him into the ground, or it simply takes it and swats him into the ground given the sheer size difference between the two.

As of now this is a blind match up because we don't know anything about orochimaru's arsenal. He just got his arms back, and we have never seen any of the vast arsenal which is is said to have.

So until we see orochimaru actually fight someone, I say this cant be decided.
